Projects
Data products that have been adopted, from comprehensive models to chain-wide agreements.
E-Space has designed and delivered data products across a wide range of government domains: from the comprehensive Gemeentelijk Gegevensmodel to exchange agreements in the debt assistance domain and standardisation in education. Below are the key projects, ordered by recency. Each project lists the client, the period and, where available, a link to the delivered output.
Gemeentelijk Gegevensmodel (GGM)
The first integral information model for the Dutch municipal domain. Designed from Delft, open source, Gold-qualified in the Common Ground portfolio, and now used by 150+ municipalities.
Gemeentelijk Gegevensknooppunt (GGK)
Architecture and semantic alignment for the national hub that handles message exchange between municipalities and care providers for iWmo and iJw.
DDAS (Data Delen over Armoede en Schulden)
Information model and exchange standard for the national programme Data Delen over Armoede en Schulden: structured, automated delivery of municipal data to Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
Archaeological data pipeline
Harmonisation and cleansing of archaeological datasets from Delft excavations. Reusable data for research, policy, and public communication, built as a semi-automated pipeline.
Forum Standaardisatie
Long-standing support of Forum Standaardisatie through standards assessments and two landmark studies: standardisation for cloud services and standards for citizen data sovereignty (Regie op Gegevens).
GIZO (Gemeenschappelijk Informatiemodel Zorg en Ondersteuning)
A shared information model that semantically connects the iStandaarden (iWlz, iWmo, iJw, iPgb) and aligns with the Gemeentelijk Gegevensmodel. Harmonisation across domain boundaries.
Data Strategy Municipality of Delft
Data strategy and data management approach for the municipality of Delft, tied to the Gemeentelijk Gegevensmodel rather than existing alongside it. Two successive programmes in 2023 and 2026.
Edustandaard
Improving the standardisation process within the education sector and substantive assessment of the Edu-V Afsprakenstelsel and the Open Education API (OEAPI).
Ketenbureau i-Sociaal Domein
Advisory work on data standards and 'unity of language' in the social domain: harmonisation of concepts across the Wmo, Jeugdwet, Wlz, and debt assistance, plus contribution to the Week van de Standaarden.
